Delivery & orders
Cash on delivery
Pay in cash when your order arrives. Checkout does not ask for card details or an advance payment. Your order total is shown before you place the order.
Delivery
Enter your Nepal delivery address and mobile number at checkout. Delivery is free on orders of NPR 5,000 or more, and NPR 200 for smaller orders. We confirm availability, address coverage and delivery arrangements before dispatch. If an item or delivery location cannot be fulfilled, it will not be dispatched or charged.
Your order
An order is placed only when checkout confirms it. If delivery is unavailable for your address, checkout will let you know, no order will be placed and your items will stay in your bag. No payment will be taken.
Changes & cancellations
You can cancel an order while it is awaiting confirmation from its page in My account. To change a size or delivery address, cancel the pending order and place a new one with the correct details.
Returns & delivery issues
Keep your order number and packaging. If an item arrives damaged or differs from your confirmed order, raise the issue through the contact details provided when your delivery is confirmed. Any item-specific return arrangements will be confirmed before dispatch.
Sizes & brands
Clothing uses the size labels shown on each product; jeans use waist sizes and footwear uses EU sizes. Fit can vary by label. Use the fit notes on the product page when choosing your size.
